• Cancellation: You may request cancellation within 3 days of your donation.

• Refund Process: Email your request to rgladys@aelsha.in with transaction details. Refunds will deduct applicable service charges (e.g., payment gateway fees).

• Timeframe: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

• Non-Refundable Cases: Donations older than 3 days or already utilized for projects are not refundable.
